About

Akshay is the author of several Ayna publications, including The Advent of the Augmented Commercial Team in Industrials and How Can Industrials Thrive during Epochal Change? He has also published with McKinsey, including Value Creation in Industrials (Nov 2022) and Flow Control: A Sector at a Crossroads (Jul 2019).

Akshay was the Chief Transformation Officer at Dabico Airport Solutions, where he led planning, a go-to market redesign, and established the sales war-room.
