
Nidhi is the Vice President of India Client Services at Ayna, where she leads and scales the firm’s industry narrative and ecosystem platforms – driving thought leadership, CEO/CXO engagement forums, and community initiatives such as CXO immersion programs that connect high-potential industrial leaders with Ayna’s rolodex. She has end-to-end ownership of Ayna’s most influential external channels including research publications, the Titanium Economy Podcast, Ayna Insights webinars, and flagship events such as the G-49 Summit (CEO/board forum in Napa Valley/ Arizona), RPT-30 (Resilience & Performance Transformation executive learning program), and AI2T (AI for Industrial Technology).
In addition to shaping Ayna’s voice across Industrials and Industrial-Tech, Nidhi works directly with CEOs, investors, and newly appointed CXOs to drive high-trust introductions into the Ayna ecosystem and activate long-term engagement. She also partners with Ayna’s leadership to support business development and client engagements across India, the Middle East, North America, and Europe.
Nidhi’s thought leadership bridges rigorous analysis with real-world operational relevance. Through her published work and podcast conversations, she explores core industrial priorities such as supply-chain resilience while considering tariff and trade dynamics, AI-driven operational transformation, tariff and trade dynamics, and Industrial performance transformation and value creation. On The Titanium Economy Podcast, she has facilitated high-impact conversations with industry leaders like Mark Sheahan, CEO, Graco, Inc., Mark Behrman, CEO, LSB Industries, Paul Miller, Former President, Global eCommerce, Grainger, Sara O’Rourke, Former Chief of Staff, CHIPS Investment Office, that unpack how strategy, execution, and ecosystem forces converge—providing listeners with actionable perspectives on digitization, operational excellence, and performance under uncertainty.
Prior to Ayna, Nidhi was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company where she spent 7 years across Seattle, Chicago, and Bangalore. She was also a core member of the North America Industrial Technology practice—leading engagements focused on margin transformation, cash flow optimization, M&A strategy, and growth acceleration. She is the co-author of multiple McKinsey publications including Value Creation in Industrials and McKinsey on Building Construction & Technology. She holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and a B. Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi.
