Kislay focuses on insight generation through analytics, financial modelling, and primary and secondary market research to support client engagements and flagship summits such as RPT‑30 and G‑49 at Ayna. He also contributes to the firm’s research and content efforts by supporting analysis for key publications. Having started as an intern, Kislay now plays an integral role in delivering data-driven insights across the industrials sector.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from NIT Jaipur. Outside of work, he is a sports enthusiast with a passion for swimming, running, badminton, and cricket.
