The story

The carved-out entity renamed to Avail Infrastructure Solutions included four business units: fhe four business units are Enclosures (~20% of sales), Bus, and Lighting (~20% of sales), Switchgear (~20% of sales) and, Specialty Welding (~40% of sales). We deployed a multipronged strategy, prioritizing efficiency, M&A, digital tools, and focusing on growth and the front-end sales pipeline.
