Before Ayna, Vineet was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he co-led the firm’s Accelerated Performance Transformation (APT) service line and shaped its thinking on margin excellence. Earlier engineering roles at Applied Materials, Hitachi GST, and Seagate Technology grounded his conviction that engineering-led execution compounds over decades when paired with operational discipline. He holds a B.Tech from IIT Madras, a PhD from UC Berkeley, and an MBA from Chicago Booth, bringing together technical depth, commercial orientation, and high-trust CEO engagement to lead Ayna’s narrative and transformation impact across India and the Middle East, while supporting client engagements in North America and Europe where relevant.
