At Norton Rose Fulbright, he structured and formed private equity, venture capital, and real estate vehicles for institutional sponsors, family offices, and entrepreneurs, and advised investors ranging from banks and pension funds to family offices and high-net-worth individuals.
Before Norton Rose Fulbright, Michael was a Partner in the Private Investment Funds practice at Goodwin Procter LLP and served in roles as general counsel and assistant general counsel at institutions such as Secor Asset Management, Teachers Retirement System of Texas and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Michael brings more than 20 years of experience across law, banking, and asset management advising capital allocators, sponsors and investors. Despite his experience, he is interested in having a more in-depth knowledge of AI and its applicability across the industrial tech and investments ecosystem.
Michael lives in Westchester, NY where he is a full-time dad supporting his kids in their academic and athletic interests and hobbies. When time permits, he enjoys traveling, reading, playing tennis, and spending time with his family.
