Convened by Ayna in collaboration with the Stanford Engineering Center for Global & Online Education (CGOE), the executive education unit at Stanford School of Engineering, RPT is an invitation-only program for CEOs and other senior executives from leading companies across the consumer, technology and industrial value chain.

RPT equips senior leaders with practical playbooks to drive end-to-end performance transformation, unlock functional excellence, and maximize AI ROI—while aligning boards, investors, and leadership teams around sustained value creation.

Program Directors

Thomas Kenny

Professor of Mechanical Engineering, Senior Associate Dean of Engineering for Education and Student Affairs at Stanford School of Engineering

He is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering where he directs Microsensor-based research on resonators, wafer-scale packaging, micro mechanical sensors, and novel fabrication techniques for micromechanical structures. He is Founder, recent CEO and Board Chair of Applaud Medical, currently developing non-invasive therapies for kidney stones. He was the Founder and CTO of Cooligy (now a division of Emerson), a microfluidics chip cooling component manufacturer, and Founder and a Board Member of SiTime Corporation (currently on the Nasdaq as SITM), a market leader in timing references for consumer electronics using MEMS resonators. He has authored or coauthored over 250 scientific papers and is a holder of 50 issued patents, and has been advisor to more than 75 graduated PhD students from Stanford. He teaches classes at Stanford on Sensors, Robotics and related topics.

Dan Boneh

Professor of Mechanical Engineering, Senior Associate Dean of Engineering for Education and Student Affairs at Stanford School of Engineering

Professor Boneh heads the applied cryptography group and co-direct the computer security lab. Professor Boneh's research focuses on applications of cryptography to computer security. His work includes cryptosystems with novel properties, web security, security for mobile devices, and cryptanalysis. He is the author of over a hundred publications in the field and is a Packard and Alfred P. Sloan fellow. He is a recipient of the 2014 ACM prize and the 2013 Godel prize. In 2011 Dr. Boneh received the Ishii award for industry education innovation. Professor Boneh received his Ph.D from Princeton University and joined Stanford in 1997.
