Olga brings 6+ years of experience in people analytics, organizational consulting, new market expansion, and business development across the US and Europe.

Previously she was at McChrystal Group, she leading engagements in North America and Europe, helping organizations drive growth, align leadership, and adopt analytics-based strategies. She built and launched a suite of people analytics products with Microsoft and advised their product teams on enterprise applications. Her clients spanned oil & gas, tech, healthcare, professional services, banking, mining, and CPG. Olga also worked in B2B sales at Axiom Global in Frankfurt, closing legal deals and driving Germany market entry. She later helped open McChrystal Group’s first international office in London.

Olga recently completed her MBA from Harvard Business School and moved to San Francisco, after three very long Boston winters. She and her husband, David, are avid foodies and travelers, having visited 55+ countries and counting.
