Nikhil is a Director at Ayna with over 15 years of experience across operations, strategy, investments, and business development. Most recently, he was at Accenture, where he helped build the firm’s private equity practice, focusing on strategic initiatives and value creation for both internal and external stakeholders. His work included PMO leadership, due diligence, and product development. He has managed a value-based investment fund in New York and led operational turnarounds for banks and private equity portfolio companies. Nikhil has also helped scale private equity practices and ventures, bringing a practical, hands-on approach to value creation.

Outside of work, he advises two early-stage companies as a board member. He holds an MBA in Investment Management from Pace University and lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children. He enjoys reading, music, traveling, swimming, running, and meditating.
