Nicole has dedicated her career to empowering organizations by supporting their people. Over more than a decade, she built expertise in talent strategy, compensation, and employee experience, while also serving as a trusted business partner to teams globally. In that role, she helped strengthen performance management, advance career development, and shape the firm’s people values and culture.

Most recently, at MIO Partners, she built upon her foundation by introducing new development programs, evolving succession planning, and launching the firm’s inaugural engagement survey.

She earned her BA in Economics from Rutgers University. Nicole also holds a SHRM-CP certification and has completed ICF-accredited coach training. In her free time, she enjoys managing fantasy football rosters, cheering on the sidelines at her kids’ sports events, and channeling her creativity into party planning and gift-giving.
