This role will lead and scale Ayna’s industry thought leadership, industry forums, and digital engagement platforms, with end-to-end ownership of publications, podcasts, webinars, and flagship events such as the G-49 Summit, RPT-30 (Resilience & Performance Transformation), and AI2T (AI for Industrial Technology).
A core metric of success for this role will be the number and quality of new CXO, and senior leader relationships introduced and actively engaged with Ayna, strengthening our network, visibility, and influence across the Industrial sector.
The Director is also expected to lead or support business development and client engagement activities, with a focus on expanding Ayna’s footprint in India and the Middle East. Client engagements may span North America, Europe, and Middle East supporting both Ayna clients and Fernweh portfolio companies.
You will work closely with Ayna’s leadership team, practice heads, and external stakeholders to translate insights into high-impact content and engagement platforms that reinforce Ayna’s position as a leading voice in industrial transformation. The role will also shape the agenda and lead planning and execution for Ayna’s flagship events throughout the year.

Responsibilities Include:
Content and Marketing
- Content and Thought Leadership
- End-to-end ownership of Ayna’s end-to-end content strategy across research reports, articles, case studies, and Titanium Economy blogs/ newsletters
- Partner with practice heads and lead the creation of publications critical themes impacting Industrials/ Industrial Tech (AI, digitization, tariffs, trade policy, supply-chain shifts, performance transformation)
- Ensure consistency of voice, messaging, and narrative positioning across all channels (Ayna website, Titanium Economy platform, LinkedIn)
- Podcast and Webinars
- Manage and scale The Titanium Economy Podcast and broader Ayna Insights Podcast content pipeline
- Shape episode themes, guest curation, and LI promotional strategy
- Curate and lead webinars that deepen engagement with CXOs and ecosystem partners
- Flagship Events & Community Building
- Lead conceptualization and execution of G-49 Summit, RPT-30, AI2T
- Curate themes, speaker line-ups, and program agendas
- Drive speaker outreach and relationship management
- Oversee event collateral (invites, info doc, welcome pack)
- Curate invite lists and build and nurture CXO relationships across industrial segments
- Ayna’s reach & relevance
- Strengthen Ayna’s presence across all digital channels – website, LinkedIn
- Drive distribution strategies (LinkedIn posts, Titanium Economy newsletters, event participant engagement)
- Stakeholder & CXO Engagement
- Interface regularly with senior executives, speakers, and industry leaders
- Collaborate with internal leadership to align content with business priorities and client engagement strategies
Business Development and Client Engagements
- Partner with Ayna leadership on business development efforts, with primary focus on India and the Middle East
- Participate in client engagements across the US, Europe, and Middle East where relevant, supporting proposal development and SoW finalization, and leading end-to-end project delivery
