Analyst – Project Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Create visibility: Track and report project progress, ensuring schedules, milestones, and deliverables are clearly documented and updated.

• Enable financial control: Support cost tracking, invoicing, and billing milestones, ensuring accurate reflection of project financials.

• Keep supply moving: Work closely with the procurement team to monitor purchase orders, delivery timelines, and part readiness for ongoing projects.

• Understand the build: Review Bills of Materials (BOMs), track updates, and flag any deviations to project and engineering teams.

• Simplify complexity: Maintain dashboards and reports that translate operational data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

• Be the coordination hub: Collaborate with cross-functional teams — procurement, finance, engineering, and production — to keep execution on track.
